Wilson's birthday party

We had Wilson's birthday party today. He really wanted a friend party, so we decided to do it in Kevin's industrial garage at GNT.

I bartered with friend to make this amazing R2D2 cake:

We had fun Star Wars themed food at the Boba Fett buffet, like Yoda Soda, Droid Drinks, Leia's Buns, Hunger Destroyer (Italian Beef) and Hutt Dogs:

We borrowed a bounce house from a friend:

Used some paper and craft supplies we had on to make a droid building craft station:

We played Star Wars in the Limo Party Bus - the kids loved this!

I printed out some free Star Wars masks from starwars.com and made a makeshift "intergallactic photo booth":

We used pool noodles to create light sabers that they defeated the balloon storm troopers with - another big hit (literally, there was one bloody nose incident!):

 Maribel was into the green sherbet from the Yoda Soda:

But otherwise thought the party was a snooze:

After spending 2.5 hours with a crowd of 30 (1/2 of them 5 and 6 year olds) we are pooped! Very fun day!
