Our Weekend

It has been so nice to have a three-day weekend! Kevin has been sick with a cold and Wilson decided to keep me up all night Friday night so we were thankful for an extra day to relax!

Thursday night we got home to an adjuster walking through our neighborhood due to a storm that brought about 20 minutes of hail the day prior. We hadn't even noticed that one side of our house looks like swiss cheese and our roof has damage. We're told we have one of the best insurance companies to work with so hopefully that rings true!

We tried to lay low and just get some family time in. Wilson has started getting stronger and stronger and will KICK out of nowhere with lots of power. So we broke out his exersaucer to see how he liked it. He seems to enjoy it despite the fact that he startles everytime he kicks his legs and it bounces and he can't reach most of the toys. Luckily, he's content to look.

Wilon's having a hard weekend. His sleeping is off, he has bad gas and he gets devastated everytime Kevin coughs. It scares him :( But, we had a few laughs, too:

Starting this week I will be downtown every day and will have to stay the night most nights. I'm going to come home as often as possible and Kevin will have to come up there a night or two with Wilson. The conference I'll be working at lasts through Saturday the 19th. There go my next two weekends :(

So, the blog likely won't be updated for awhile. I'll try to get a weekly picture of Wilson in on Sunday!
