She loves to take care of her babies. She hugs and kisses them, gives them a bottle and lays them down for "nigh-nigh." So what if she occasionally smacks them over the head with their own bottle? She loves all things girly. She would prefer to wear her shoes at all times. She loves wearing dresses. She usually sits nicely when I comb her hair into piggies or a pony and is happy when I top it all off with a barrette or bow of some sort. She usually yanks out said bow within the first hour so she can see it (no, showing it to her in the mirror doesn't fix this) and then wants us to put it back in for her. We've lost many clips and bows this way.
She's a dancing fool. She marches while spinning in place and gets seriously annoyed if you don't follow her cue by putting on some tunes for her to jam out to.
She loves playing organized games and gets so frustrated when she can't follow along. Wilson
is really patient with playing basic games like - "run to the wall and back! Now, spin in circles to the wall and back!" Ring around the rosies must be enacted 2-3 times per evening. Her favorite thing is being chased and tickled and being surprised/scared with jumping out and saying "peek-a-boo" when she enters a room.
She loves books. She's just now getting to the point where I can read books with more than 2 sentences per page, up until now she hasn't had the attention span for that. Just like Wilson at this age, she loves her counting books as we point and count along together. Touch and feel and flap books are her faves.
One of her favorite things of all time is smoothies. She can hardly wait for our morning concoctions to blend and she screeches through the whole process until it's done. Some mornings I avoid smoothies for this reason. Second up on her list of breakfast faves is instant apple/cinnamon oatmeal. Similar issues ensue given microwave prep and cooling times.
She likes spicy foods. If we cook mexican or tex mex - she's happy. Wilson on the other hand dislikes anything that hints at spicy.
