New Poll: Should we paint the trim?

As most of you know, the former owners of this home went to a lot of work to replace the cheap standard "wood-like" trim a lot of home builders used in the '90s for lower cost homes with oak. They installed nice heavy oak doors. With brass trim. Which we haven't changed. I worried that when/if we ever moved it would decrease home value. And to be honest, I do like the warm look of oak. But, sometimes it's hard to decorate around. Especially when the house has lots of small rooms.

So, to make a long question short: what do you think, should we paint our trim and doors white (or white'ish)? Please participate in the poll at the top of the blog!
