Operation Big Boy Bed: Success!

Our big boy napped in his new bed for the first time yesterday. Seamless transition! Here he is with his favorite sleep companions - his bear, bunny and bible.

We had been ready for it, but knew it was time when the week prior he climbed out of his crib every morning, opened his door and then opened our door and greeted us with , "HI MOMMY! MOMMY SLEEPING? WILSON POTTY? OKAY!"

We figured climbing out of the crib could be dangerous and could be impeding his desire to use the potty vs. the pull-ups we put on him at night.

So far, so good. We still get those greetings each morning, but it takes him a lot less work to get into our room.
