Evelyn, Week by Week

Evelyn Claire is 36 weeks!

Well, as you could see from her 8 month picture she CAN sit but she HATES it. She is really into spitting again lately. She loves to eat - but just fruit flavors, not veggies or meat (can't blame her, really) and she will actually take your hand and push it away. She can and has crawled regularly now but still prefers to propel herself like an inchbug. She really likes to stand, and just this morning pulled to a stand for the first time...but immediately fell over.

Last week I mentioned cheering? Now she tries to get us to say her favorite sheer by pumping her arms herself. She puts them straight up by hear ears then pumps them down to her sides with a ton of force. When we start the cheer in relation to her arm movements she gets a big smile on her face.

Yesterday the family when to the pool during our gym's open hours/family time. Wilson loves everything about the pool and prances the whole time. His internal clock triggered after about an hour and a half of being there and volunteered to me that he wasn't ready to go home yet. Perceptive, that one.

This was Evelyn's first time to the pool. I missed getting a picture but trust me, Evelyn + baby swimsuit = cutestthingintheworld.

And, just for fun I took a peek at Wilson's 36 week pics and progress. At 36 weeks (click here) he was pulling up to a stand, dancing, learning how to climb stairs and saying "hot dog" among other things.
