For being only a bit Irish, we sure got into the St. Paddy's spirit today.
We ate Lucky Charms with green milk for breakfast, then suited up in green and went to get Wilson a haircut and watch Kevin play basketball for his Harvest league. We went home and had cheese and summer sausage cut into shamrocks with crackers for lunch.
After spending the afternoon enjoying the beautiful weather, we came back in and had a scavenger hunt. Wilson had to beat the leprechaun to the end of the rainbow for the treasure! Wilson had SO much fun. We followed clues around the house until he found his treasure at the end of the rainbow - with rainbow Twizzlers, Rolos and $1 gold coins. He was so excited to hit the jackpot!
For dessert we had rainbow jello, which Wilson gleefully discovered makes a farting noise when he scoops it up just right.
