Back to School

This week the kids go back to school. It's bittersweet. We've had a summer of later bedtimes (and just as early rise times), unscheduled fun, lots of travel, lots of laughs, and just as many frustrating moments!

Wilson is NOT ready to go back to school, and we're praying he will have an easier start to school than last year. His BFF is going to another school this year, which we're hoping doesn't disrupt him too much. Having his best friend really seemed to help him stay on track last year.

Evelyn is ready to go, just like she was last summer! She has school every day this year, and given the commute to their school, she will be staying the afternoons in extended care as well. It will be tiring for her, and I predict lots of mornings of tears, just like last year.

Please pray for them as they enter new classrooms, new situations, meet new friends and learn lots of fun new things. :)
