And then there were two (for the week)

Evelyn spent this week away with Grandma and Grandpa, so it was a little quiet this week for Wilson and Maribel.



In addition to Wilson's swim lessons and working on his coding (which he still LOVES), we went to the library. Wilson is on his 12th book of the summer and has a bunch from the library, too. I'm realizing when he has a large stack of books he is too impatient to finish one at a time and starts dabbling in multiple books at a time.

We played outside.

Went boating - and tubing - of course.

We went to the park. With our new swingset this summer we really haven't gone to the park very much and they had a lot of fun.

Made their favorite chocolate chip banana bread. We go through bananas so quick I hardly ever have enough ripe ones to bake with.

Evelyn returned Friday night. Maribel squeeled, SQUEELED with joy to have her back. There were multiple long, dramatic hugs in the driveway which is kind of major for Maribel.
