One day Maribel wanted to play dress up. She saw this old school chair I was bringing from the garage to the basement, and she stopped me before I could tae it downstairs. She wanted to dress like Lovie and sit in it. So sweet.

Went to one of our favorite parks on what was probably one of the last warm days of the year :(
I woke up one morning this week and the kids had made me breakfast! Bread with PB and an iced coffee with a splash of milk. :)
Maribel loves to wear my shoes. Every. day.
Wilson took a 1 week cross country camp. He had a lot of fun. They had a meet piggy backing on the middle schoolers at the end of the camp. They had a high schooler partner with each kid to run with them the whole race and encourage them. Loved that. Also so funny to hear a big pack of "big kids" at the finish line cheering him on. It turns out he's pretty well known at school for his sense of humor, lol.
Went to Lincoln Park for our family pictures during a wind storm! Still paused to take these pictures on our way back to the car, though.
Evelyn had her first daddy daughter dance at school tonight. Today they practiced how they would dance together. She was disappointed when he told her he couldn't throw her in the air at the dance.
Kevin had a limo take them and they went to dinner first. She ordered steak! She danced the night away with her friends at school and said it was "so fun." Dad even got a few dances in. ;)
