Wilson was very enthused with the cookie making process. He liked cutting out the tree shapes. After they baked we decided to do our light tour while they cooled and we would decorate them when we came home.
On the tour, Wilson and Evelyn especially loved the homes that had blinking lights and lawn displays. They kept telling us they saw Santa in his sleigh in the sky. Despite it only being the 5-6:00 hour, the darkness eventually lulled Wilson to sleep.
He was very unhappy to be awakened when he came home so just Evelyn and I frosted and decorated the cookies. More of the mini M&M decorations went into her mouth than made it on the cookies. Wilson managed to stay awake long enough to sample a cookie, but then fell asleep at the table.
