
He's struggled with letting Evelyn play with his baby toys. We always say that he's an equal opportunity toy player in that he gets use out of all of his toys. He even loves his baby toys still. So when he spots Evelyn playing with his old toy, he becomes quite alarmed and after talking with him about sharing (i.e
. if you're going to take Evelyn's toy, you need to give her your Lighting McQueen - to drive the point) we still find that he confiscates these toys on the down-low. Yesterday was really traumatic for him. We put his beloved crib aquarium in Evelyn's crib. He loves that thing and it really made him sad that he couldn't install it next to his bed. So we had him help us install it and make sure Evelyn was enjoying it. He did a great job but still was heart-broken. This morning, I found him like this.

And then, there is his vocabulary. Since he is usually so advanced verbally we have fun with the words that he doesn't get quite right. For example:
Okay, we actually took that photo to try to capture the fights he gets into with his imaginary friends. Instead, we captured this funny moment. It took us a few minutes of wondering "where did he hear that word?!" before we figured out he was referring to the frequently used CROCK pot. Whew! That boy makes us laugh.
