Happy Independence Day!

We actually celebrated Independence Day last weekend because Wilson had plans to be at Grandma Camp in Storm Lake this weekend. I'm happy we did that given that I'm on bed rest and not really able to do much to celebrate right now (and I really wanted to try these red, white and blue cupcakes)!

I wish fireworks weren't so late; Wilson would love to sit on our porch to see them and we're all asleep or trying to be asleep before 10 p.m. these days.
