The day before Evelyn was born, I guess you could say I was nesting. I had been wildly cleaning and organizing and after a huge bean "crop" from our garden I decided I need to freeze some for winter use. Then, I decided I would never have time to freeze fresh corn after the baby was born, so we bought just a dozen for me to prepare and freeze. This was Wilson's first experience shucking corn and he did a great job, even though he wasn't sure he liked stripping the silks. He was happy with the results though as he loooooves corn on the cob.
